Tattoo Removal by excision in Toronto?

Hi, I live in Toronto and I have a small tattoo (only about 5 x 3 cm, or 2 x 1.2 in) on my forearm next to my wrist. I had about 10 laser treatments on her and the only parts that are still highly visible are the green parts. It was particularly black and green and black faded significantly, but if you look closely, you can still kind of see it. Anyways, I do not wish to continue the laser treatments, the doctors told me that green is difficult to treat with laser. So I was wondering if anyone could recommend a place that would remove the green parts excision? Thank you. =)
