Oh sweety. I really think they're going to rip you off. There a great chance that they will charge you hundreds, even thousands of dollars and keep telling him "one more laser treatment will do the trick" and in some cases, it seems worse! All they will do is make it look like a tattoo that has no ink, and I want to say that a tattoo sucky? If anything, I would get it modified.
