Tattoo cover up designs

Need advice on Tattoo Cover up.?

I had a tattoo done badly ..... Its about 1 / 12 inches long and about an inch wide and only his black. Its symbol of Scorpio. Would be a good project to cover it up? I am inclined to a flower with vines comments etc. .. All are great, and I do not plan on college. The crappy tat is on my thigh and my thoughts are to have two flowers and the veins of the thigh to the side of my stomach. Therefore, its going to be quite large. Sorry, that should not plan on doing it bigger.

there is a project that would be better to cover it. only that since it is black on the cover to the original tattoo has to be black too. tho, may be able to have a bit of color, depending on the tattoo you have. check out my profile picture (more is on my 360) which is a cover of a psychadelic mushroom. (young and dumb), there are tons of possibilities to one thing that most people face is that the cover has to be a little larger than the original to make it look good. some people do not want a Great Tattoo. good luck! be sure to get an artist is good at doing coverups, not all artists are gifted to them.
