I have a line of light up really one of my letters on my tattoo and was wondering if it disappears alone?

It is very light, but noticeable for me, and it is not known until you get near him, but I tried to clean it 2 hours after I got home my touch up and there is a much lighter there now. Im wondering if it goes away or rubbing it cool while helping to clear it better?
