What do you think about girls with LOTS of tattoos?

My sister's ex-boyfriends is a beautiful girl !!!!! She's like a girl suicide or something lol. But lately she is becoming more and more tattoos. She has a full sleeve and also the skull of a large across the chest. Although I think they look good on your at 23, I wonder what it will look 40. I think none of us have guarantees of aging, but what do you think when you see girls with lots of tattos?
