Tattoo Laser Problem?

Ok, so I got this guy's cousin and he's kind of rebellious, and he is 16-18, I'm not sure which one he is a lot lol. but we are very close, so anyway, he wants to do a tattoo on his back, a very large tattoo, thts kinda in your neck and crosses everywhere Upper Back. I do not want him to repent, because i noe he goes, he doesn't think about the future, about how it would look when he is 50. so I was wondering about the laser removes tattoo, I heard from my other cousin. the question about the laser tattoo is removable: 1. the laser is expensive? 2. Will it mark? 3. laser is removable even real? 4.What are the other bad sides of the laser tattoo removal? 5. and, finally, there is an easier way to remove it? thnk you and please answer honestly

1) tattoo removal is a great cosmetics business and as such is not covered by plans medical insurance. Tattoo removal is much more expensive than tattoo placement. Laser tattoo removal can range from several hundred dollars to in thousands of dollars, depending on the size, type and location of the tattoo and the number of visits required. 2) Unfortunately, not all tattoos can be removed completely, but most can be permanently removed. Tattoos are meant to be permanent and with ink technology and recent tattoo artists to improve their skills, tattoos imprinted in the last decade are very difficult to remove. Even with the best technique, there remains some scars in some cases. 3) Lasers work by directing its action on the ink with highly concentrated beam of colored light beams. These laser breaks up the beam of particles of ink into small fragments that are subsequently resolved by cleaning the cells of the body. This process of fragmentation of the ink particles requires several sessions, depending on the depth level ink. The procedure is bloodless and no incisions are made. The laser selectively targets the pigment of the tattoo without damaging the surrounding skin. One has to understand that, with a penetration deeper skin and the various sessions, the heat generated by the laser can cause pain and blistering. Even if the laser technology is refined, the chance of healing is always present with multiple treatments. 4) Unfortunately tattoos are painful when they are placed on the skin and they are so painful when they are removed. The pulse laser generates pulses that feel like a pinprick. To minimize the pain, the doctor will recommend taking Tylenol a few hours before the procedure. Aspirin or products are not recommended because they have a tendency to increase the injury. To further reduce the pain, the doctor may apply an anesthetic ointment site of the tattoo a few hours before the procedure. In some cases, the doctor may inject a local anesthetic to the tattoo before the process effects. Side of laser procedures usually small, but may include hyperpigmentation (excess color) or hypopigmentation (fading) of the skin. Other possible side effects include infection and a small chance of permanent scarring. The area may look like a sunburn for a few months and finally, the skin will become normal. 5) There other methods of tattoo removal, but most of them are painful and inefficient. Today laser therapy has replaced most of them. Other methods include dermabrasion, camouflage and excision of the tattoo. These methods cause more damage to the skin and also result in scarring. These techniques are used only when the laser is an option.
