Cooler temperatures bring out heavier fabrics and more layers in our clothes. We closed our summer clothes and bright light, in exchange for darker, more neutral shades and cozy sweaters. It follows that, as our clothing becomes heavier, so that our colors to change the makeup of barely there tan to more neutral tones. If you only have time for a routine of makeup, the best form and fill in your brows with a shade darker than your hair color.
