I would like to understand the fine points of "o" ring on a machine sharpz Micky - please educate me! thnx!?

I am a beginner, had a couple years of work on people and designs, and learn from some professionals. Just upgraded from one of the cheaper Chinese weapons for a Sharpz Micky, was ecstatic, because it made all the difference, and then the little black "ring" broke .. I knew it was something you needed to have on hand .. but I'm getting the picture. The tension was less immediately effective, and not so easy to keep straight. I was suspicious that something was missing, but now I believe it is only the "o" ring that snapped. The tattoos came out ok, but it was very difficult for me and I think it would have been easier for customers. I trying to find a supplier tattoo in Tahiti (I live in Huahine, 150 miles away) to get some rings immediately ..

The 'o' ring simply acts as a dampner. Some guys Take 'em off. But you can only send e-mail to some, I think. But I know what you mean. My Martini hits road very difficult without them. Take care.
