It's legal, but common. But if you really like it and want it, get it. But do not forget to think of something that the tattoo can relate to or have meant for. For this tattoo, I recommend him in his arms more Upper Back, tbh. Not to mention that the rear of the top is more sensitive to pain in your arm.
