This would be a good tattoo mural to symbolize motherhood?

I want to get a mural tattooed on my back that will represent the variation of childhood maternity. I know I want it to be gray scaled and do not want the usual fairies, butterflies, frogs or flowers, but I'm not very creative and that the artist needs a general idea of what I want to show any idea?
