Celtic tattoos pictures

Best idea for first tattoo / weigh the idea now?

I want to start a Phoenix (mainly to symbolize the rebirth / resilience) on my shoulder, however, after examining more realistic pictures of colorful tattoos of phoenix look weird / cheesy to me. I was thinking about a project that looks like a Phoenix however the only two drawings that I know are Celtic and tribal, Tribal is played out and I'm not Celtic so I feel kind of weird to get it. Suggestions? Probably should add that I know they arent real and detail, but such and such color tends to look (to me) bad and very busy. Probably since I'm an artist myself and see my body with soft / quiet bits to it and then have a lot of detail and that some so busy with work to be fighting my very eyes that's why I wanted something a little more stylized.

Take all your ideas and images to your Tattoo artist, who will put their spin style for your approval and to make it worthy tattoo.
