Bull tattoos

It seems that more and more people are being forced to cover their body art. I honestly do not believe it has gone so far. It seems with the growing popularity of tattoos and society's that "beyond" them, curiously more jobs and more people are requiring their employees to cover their body art. What if you ask me is completely unfair. I feel that making someone cover your tattoo is discrimination against people who have ink. I mean they are taught not to judge someone by the color of their skin, so why not apply to someone who has a little ink on your skin? Unfortunately, I think that these officials "do not feel the same way about it. They are more concerned with what people might think.

USA Today is reporting that cities and school districts across the country are forcing their employees to cover their tattoos, and if not it could cost them work. The powers that be said that this ridiculous new rule was issued to help keep a good image. This new rule is performing teachers, janitors and firemen.

Captain Armando Hogan, spokesman for the Los Angeles City Fire Department, explained the reason behind all the firefighters had to follow this rule. "We do not want to offend some people in the community." If you ask me a bunch of bull. What about the men and women who risk their lives to save someone from a fire or accident, you have even thought about how this rule would offend them? Only goes to show that these officials are only looking at these issues from one side.
