When people go away with the taboo of men and women with tattoos?

My son is a Tattoo artist as well as your friend. My son has most of his body covered with tattoos. Most people are afraid of him and he is a boy so Mama. I myself got my first tattoo at age 40. My parents thought I was crazy. Now I have 7 of them and they are all related to the family. I am not ashamed, nor is my family. As a matter of fact my Girl Scout troop (yes, I am a leader) to find them awesome. But this time of year with summer clothes, when my daughter and I will buy from someone always seems to comment that I just resign and makes my daughter uncomfortable. We are now in the year 2006 and is very common for women to get tattoos. Instead of people making rude comments Just ask that has a tattoo that perticular. One of mine is an angel baby --- for my grandson who was born on 9-9-99 and died 9-20-99. So how can you say what's on your memory. And one is a heart with wings and a pink ...... in honor of my mother who was told she had pancreatic cancer.

I have idea. I have three tattoos and I love every one of them. one is in honor of my grandfather who died of stomach cancer (which is a bow and arrow with the word live, live in French) are a part of me I can not imagine being without them. I think they are so interesting and really tell a story about a person. Is almost like your body is a canvas of your life and these are extra little things that match it
