What is the best makeup to cover tattoos?
I have several tattoos and am in a wedding in November. I am wearing a strapless dress and has colored tattoos on my chest and back. More importantly, I am African-American so I need something to skin tones darker.
hmm ... I have some tattoos I am also very makeup, and I can not think of anything to hide them. I think your best bet would be to use that stuff that people put under their eyes to the black circles (there are others that make up concealer that is especially for dark circles, it is green or yellow), then top that with cloaking, then higher that the ground .. perhaps a shade darker than your skin tone.
